Group & Private Sessions

Whether you want to improve your pedaling efficiency, hill climbing ability, running economy, swimming technique or any other aspect of your performance, you can do that in a One-On-One or group setting.

Group Sessions

Swimming: Prevent injuries, improve your technique, efficiency, strength, speed and endurance. Our groups are small to ensure individual attention is provided. If needed, you will also get a personalized weekly swimming program.

Cost: $130/3 months +GST

Open water swims are available May 16th – September. There are two coached group swims: beginner/intermediate (coached by Carolyn) and advanced. Carolyn’s group swims Wednesday at 6pm and Sunday at 9am, while Noa’s group swims Sunday only at 8am. Each group will receive a booklet full with open water swimming information, tailored for either beginner, intermediate or advanced athletes. Contact us for more information!

Cost: $40 +GST for the spring/summer

Running: Two weekly sessions are available, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We focus on improving your technique, strength, speed and endurance in a fun and motivating environment. There is some individual variability, depending on your goals and ability level.

Cost: $110/3 month +GST (non team athletes)

FREE (team athletes)

Cycling: May – September. These coached and vehicle supported group sessions run every Wednesday at 5:30pm. All ability levels welcome!

Cost: $50 +GST/4 months

Private Sessions

If you want our undivided attention for an entire session, we can meet you for a swimming, cycling, running or core private session where you will work with one of our coaches in a one-on-one setting. We are also happy to work with small groups of up to 4 people at a time on special request.

Cost: $45 – $65/hour +GST (cost varies between coaches)
