We offer a wide variety of coaching and sport science services and would like to think of ourselves as a ‘one stop shop’ for all your endurance needs. We also offer student discounts on sport science services and special fees for high performance athletes.

Coaching

Whether you are a runner, cyclist, triathlete or a swimmer. Beginner, intermediate or advanced, our team can help! Every coaching plan starts with a no commitment meeting (or phone conversation), where we can get to know each other and decide if a coach-athlete relationship will be successful. All programs are fully customized to suit your goals, needs, lifestyle and ability level. Bike Fitting

Cycling is a repetitive sport. During one hour of cycling you might average up to 5000 pedal revolutions. The smallest amount of mall-alignment, anatomical or equipment related, can lead to impaired performance and/or pain.
