| PT Performance Training is based in Victoria, BC. We offer a wide variety of services to athletes of all ability levels and age groups. Specializing in endurance sports such as swimming, cycling, running and triathlon, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. PT Performance Training provides both coaching and sport science services. The coaching services include fully customized training plans for cyclists, runners and triathletes, private sessions, group sessions, workshops and training camps. The sport science services include professional 3D bike fitting, testing, technique assessments, consultations and much more!

We work with beginners, high performance athletes, and everyone in between. We only create plans that are highly specific to the individual.
